Pasta Kichadi
   
   

Ingredients

1    cup or 4 cups boil pasta

1½ cup boil and chopped potatoes

1    cup coarsely roasted bland peanuts

1    teaspoon black pepper (or according to taste)

3    tablespoons sugar (or according to taste)

3    tablespoons lemon juice

3    teaspoons salt (according to taste)

4    tablespoons chopped coriander leaves

1    tablespoon chopped ginger

3    tablespoons green pepper (or according to taste)

3    tablespoons oil

1    teaspoon cumin seeds

   

Step 1
Boil and wash pasta with cold water.
  

Step 2
In a big bowl mix all the ingredients, except oil and cumin seeds, ginger green pepper and coriander leaves.
  

Step 3
In a big heavy pan heat oil, add cumin seeds, fry for few seconds.
  

Step 4
Add ginger and green pepper and fry for few seconds.
  

Step 5
Add all the mix ingredients and cook for few minutes about 3 to 4 minutes.
  

Step 6
Remove in serving plate, garnish with coriander leaves and serve warm.
