2 cups chopped cabbage 1 cup chopped capsicum in small cubes ½ cup chopped tofu in small cubes 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 tablespoons coriander leaves (optional) 1/8 teaspoon of chili powder (according to taste) 1/8 teaspoon of garam masala ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder 2 teaspoons coriander powder ½ teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon salt (according to taste)
Step 1 In a heavy pan heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Step 2 Add chopped tofu, and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3 Add cabbage and capsicum and all the spices.
Step 4 Stir for 2 to 3 minutes on the medium low heat.
Step 5 cabbage and capsicum should be crunchy. If you want to cook soft, cook few minutes more.
