 Ingredients :

2      cups wheat flour
¾     cup butter
1 ¼  cups sugar (according to taste)
½     teaspoon cardamom powder
2      tablespoons chopped almonds

   

Step 1
1. In a 2-quart glass bowl, melt the butter in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes or until it melts.
  

Step 2
Combine wheat flour in the melted butter and mix well.
  

Step 3
Microwave the mixture for about 4 minutes.
  

Step 4
Remove and stir for about 20 seconds.
  

Step 5
Microwave the mixture for 3 more minutes. Stir well.
  

Step 6
Microwave for 2 minutes and stir well again. Microwave again for 3 minutes, or until it becomes a little brown.
  

Step 7
Remove and let it cool for about 30 minutes or until it is cool to touch. Combine sugar, cardamom and chopped almonds.
  

Step 8
Mix it all very well.
  

Step 9
Take 1/3 cup of the mixture in your palm, press it with both hands .......
  

Step 10
.....and roll into small, tight balls.
  

Step 11
Store the ladoo in an airtight container. Serve as a sweet snack.
