Yogart Rice
   
   

 

Ingredients
3          cups cooked rice or 1 cup uncooked rice
1          cup cucumber chopped
1          cup yogurt
1          cup tofu chopped in small pieces (If no tofu add 1 cup extra cooked rice)
 
For seasoning (tarka)
2          tablespoons oil
½         teaspoon cumin seeds
½         teaspoon mustard (optional)
2          whole red peppers (optional)
5          curry patta (optional)
 
For garnish
3          tablespoons coriander leaves
   

Step 1
In a ball, mix all the ingredients in cooked cool rice.
  

Step 2
In a 3 quart pan heat oil. Add all the seasoning in it, and fry for a few seconds.
  

Step 3
Add mixed rice in the seasoning and stir properly.
  

Step 4
Remove to a serving plate.
  

Step 5
Garnish with coriander leaves, serve cold or little warm.
