3 cups frozen corn
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (according to taste)
1 teaspoon salt (according to taste)
For the sauce
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
½ cup rennet less cheese
1 ½ cup warm milk
In a 2 quart bowl, add butter and all purpose flour. Cover and microwave for 3 minutes. Stir thoroughly, cover and microwave for 3 minutes.
Stir, add corn, salt and black pepper, mix thoroughly. Add milk, mix, cover and cook for 4 minutes. Remove mix cover and cook again for 4 minutes. Remove add cheese, stir thoroughly, cover and microwave for 3 minutes.
Serve warm with bread.
Note: Timings are based on 900W microwave.
